Silverstein National Defense Investments (SNDI) is an independently operated investment research and portfolio publication associated with Taylor Silverstein. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence, HM Government or any other government or public authority.

SNDI is the publication identity used for Taylor Silverstein’s specialist personal investment records and research. Silverstein Ventures is his broader investment website. The reviewed operator disclosure describes a personal portfolio; it does not establish whether SNDI is a separate incorporated entity or a trading name. No company number is supplied, and this website makes no incorporation claim.

Regulatory information

Taylor Silverstein’s published Silverstein Ventures disclaimer states that no FCA authorisation or regulated status is claimed. SNDI likewise makes no claim of FCA authorisation, registration or approval. These are operator disclosures, not an independent verification of the FCA Register or a legal determination of SNDI’s status.

Whether authorisation, an exemption or other requirements apply depends on the actual activities and communications. The personal nature of a portfolio does not, by itself, settle that assessment. Neither the design nor the disclosures indicate FCA approval.

Personal capital & services

The operator’s published Ventures disclaimer describes investments made with Taylor Silverstein’s own capital. It states that he does not manage outside capital, accept investor subscriptions or offer interests in a fund through that website.

SNDI publishes general research, personal holdings and stated purchase intentions. This website does not offer personalised investment advice, portfolio management, order execution or a facility for receiving third-party investment money. Visitors cannot subscribe to Taylor Silverstein’s portfolio through this site. These statements describe the publication and its current functionality, not a verification of every activity undertaken outside it.

Financial promotions & investment risk

A disclaimer is not a substitute for compliance. The FCA explains that an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, communicated in the course of business, can be a financial promotion. Whether a lawful route or exemption applies requires assessment of the communication and its circumstances. Descriptions such as “research” or “not financial advice” do not decide the issue.

Ownership & accuracy

Records distinguish current holdings, research coverage, planned investments and former holdings. A profile, news item or watchlist entry is not evidence of ownership. The Sen record is presented as Taylor Silverstein’s personal investment interest on the basis of his own published record. Its 70-share quantity, primary route and Crowdcube platform entry have not been independently checked against a platform statement or share register. The legal or beneficial ownership and nominee arrangements are not established by the platform name alone.

All 40 companies in the public-company register are recorded as 0 shares held, as confirmed by Taylor Silverstein on 17 October 2026. Acquisitions are planned for January to June 2027, with SpaceX specifically targeted for January. The declared policy is permanent retention after accumulation, with no planned sales. These are stated intentions rather than completed investments. Government-bond coverage is general sovereign-debt research unless a particular holding or purchase intention is separately disclosed. Dates identify the source record, publication or transaction as stated; the site is maintained manually and is not a brokerage feed.

Privacy & preferences

The website opens directly without a destination-selection screen or a visitor account. Links to the regional editions and Silverstein Ventures are available in the menu. These links do not require a stored website-selection preference.

The current site contains no visitor account, investment subscription, order form, advertising tracker or analytics integration.
